Tenant Accounts Management
We are responsible for the collections of tenants' and homebuyers of rent, house payments, housing services, and payment of work orders.
◊Rent is due on OR before the 1st of the month
♦Tenant Accounts does not do rent adjustment, see your counselor
◊Payments for rent, propane, or work orders can be taken at any HA office (Whiteriver, McNary, Cibecue)
♦Payments cannot be made over the phone
◊Any request to use credit, check or propane needs to be in writing
♦No ride? A TAM employee can pick up the rent payment, please, have exact change. During this time a manual receipt will be given.
◊Notice of Delinquency letters are mailed out on the 11th of each month.
